Dr. Althea Aqua Marine Jelly Mist is a vegan mist infused with vegan PDRN and 10% deep sea water that leaves your skin deeply hydrated with a fresh, bouncy jelly glow. It is naturally tinted blue from Malachite extract and features a jelly texture that turns into water with shaking activation. Spray close to the face to use as a serum or spray from a distance as a facial mist or makeup setting spray for a flawless base
